This is an illustration, not a customer result. Before a paid pilot, we confirm that we can test your particular forms and message destinations. A successful test covers the agreed checks, not every possible customer journey.

HOW LEADOTTER HELPS

We find the missing step.
Your team fixes it.

A form can look fine while its emails disappear or its messages never reach your sales team. LeadOtter helps your agency check the whole agreed path and investigate problems.

01

Choose what to check

Pick up to three contact forms or inquiry routes. Agree where each message should arrive and give us permission to test.

02

Check every day

Once setup is confirmed, we run the agreed tests daily. We tell you whether a message went missing or the test could not finish. Daily checks may take up to about a day to find a problem.

03

Give your team a clear report

You receive a weekly summary and reports of failed checks reviewed on business days. Your website team handles repairs.

A GOOD FIT

Your agency manages websites that receive customer inquiries, and you want fewer manual checks. If you already verify that messages arrive, you may not need LeadOtter.

A SMALL, SPECIFIC START

Three message paths.
Thirty days.
$250.

Start small. We agree what to check, confirm it works with your setup, and then run a 30-day pilot.

BEFORE WE START

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Our website is online. Why do we need this?

A website can be online while its contact form loses messages. LeadOtter checks what happens after Send. If your current tools already verify arrival at the right destination, you may not need this service.

Does “sent” mean we received the message?

No. “Sent” means the form accepted the message. We check arrival in the inbox or customer system when that destination is included in your agreed setup. Your report says exactly what was checked.

Do you fix the problem too?

Your website team makes the repair. We show which step failed and share the test results so they know where to investigate. Repairs and emergency response are not included.

What happens during the 30-day pilot?

We confirm up to three inquiry paths on one website setup before you pay, then run the agreed tests daily for 30 days. You get weekly summaries and a final review. We confirm support for your particular form, inbox, and customer system first. There is no automatic renewal.
